About the Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team at Menai club. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving membership growth through outreach activities, generating and converting high-quality sales leads, and delivering exceptional customer service that inspires members to continue their fitness journey.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively contribute to club sales budgets using innovative sales promotions and referral campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities
  • Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create personalized member journeys through positive interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the roster
  • Participate actively in member retention programs and inspire members to continue their fitness journey
Requirements
  • Hold a current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset with solutions tailored to meet member needs
  • Excellent communication skills to inspire members to take action
  • Drive and focus on achieving sales targets
  • A team player who can rally behind goals and celebrate success
