Job Description:

An experienced Appointment Setter is required to work with our financial experts. You will be responsible for re-establishing contact with leads from our extensive database and scheduling appointments. You'll utilize a dialler system and follow scripts but are encouraged to use your intuition to adapt and engage effectively.

  • Reach out to leads from our database, including contacts from marketing campaigns and previous inbound leads.
  • Use a dialler system to make outbound calls and follow provided scripts, with the flexibility to move away from the script when appropriate.
  • Schedule 5-10 high-quality appointments per day, focusing on quality over quantity.
  • Reestablish contact with leads and set appointments without hard selling.
  • Follow through and conduct discovery and fact find calls with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an Appointment Setter or outbound customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively and intuitively.
  • Experience working in a KPI & target driven organisation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work within a dynamic and ambitious remote team environment.
