As a Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team in Adelaide, working closely with experienced consultants to provide exceptional customer service and support.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding results and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support senior colleagues in selling products and solutions, managing customer relationships, and executing sales activities
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our sales methodology and process, and execute it with excellence in your allocated area of responsibility
  • Provide administrative support to senior colleagues as instructed, including competitor activity reports and ordering supplies
  • Attend team meetings on time and contribute positively to discussions
  • Deliver a quality service to customers, identifying opportunities to secure new business or retain existing customers
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our organization's products and services to confidently deal with customer inquiries
  • Ask relevant questions to evaluate customer interest and identify areas requiring further information or explanation

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to guide valued customers
