Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to deliver exceptional service to stakeholders, community members and visitors. The ideal candidate will manage enquiries via various channels, coordinate communications and support events while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.

About the Role

  • Provide frontline customer service and resolve enquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with staff on complex issues to ensure effective resolution.
  • Promote projects through various communication methods, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support community engagement activities to gain insights and improve services.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage records in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably using Salesforce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
  • A current Working with Children Check is required for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is $42,260 per year, based on 24 hours/week at $42.26 per hour. As a contractor with Charterhouse, you will have access to a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
