About the Role

This Customer Engagement Specialist opportunity will challenge you to grow and develop as a professional while making a tangible difference in the lives of our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. You will be working closely with our Customer Success Team to identify and address customer needs, providing solutions that meet their expectations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical or telehealth technology would be an asset, but it's not a requirement. Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM systems is essential, as you will be responsible for managing customer data and generating reports.

Responsibilities
  • Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and address their concerns.
  • Proactively seek customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Conduct product training sessions and provide technical support to customers.
  • Input, update, and maintain customer data in HubSpot. Generate reports to track customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities and communicate them to the Customer Success Manager.
Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of products and services.
  • Experience with medical or telehealth technology (an asset).
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
