Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated professional to take on the role of Technical Customer Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring seamless product training, and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and address their concerns.
  • Product Training: Conduct product training sessions and provide technical support to customers to ensure they can use products and services effectively.
  • Customer Feedback: Proactively seek customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Data Management: Input, update, and maintain customer data in HubSpot. Generate reports to track customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Sales Opportunities: Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services and communicate them to the Customer Success Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of medical or telehealth technology and the ability to explain complex technical aspects to customers.
  • HubSpot Proficiency: Experience with using HubSpot or similar CRM for managing customer data and generating reports.
