Event Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Travel Coordinator to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all travel logistics for events, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for attendees and staff.
- Travel to various events as part of the role, ensuring all logistics are executed seamlessly on-site.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure travel aligns with event schedules and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel providers, hotels, and transportation companies to secure the best options and rates.
- Monitor and manage travel budgets, ensuring all expenses are within allocated limits while maximizing value.
- Provide timely and effective support for all travel-related inquiries from event participants.
- Address any travel issues that arise promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the event.
- Gather feedback from attendees regarding travel arrangements to improve future travel experiences.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in travel management, event planning, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
What We Offer:
