Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our Enterprise business in Victoria. This role will involve developing strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales revenue through strategic account management.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Development: Prospect, qualify, sell, and close deals to meet regular revenue targets
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to help them throughout each stage of the sales cycle
  • Account Planning: Deliver account plans for the territory and develop a prospect and customer list
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to strategize activities for customers and partners in the region, as well as internal resources to build a successful pipeline
  • Networking: Identify new business opportunities, establish, develop, and maintain relationships up to executive levels within assigned portfolios
  • Influencing: Network within client businesses, influence key decision-makers, typically at C-level, and act as a CrowdStrike ambassador within specific client accounts
  • Value Proposition: Articulate and promote the company's value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor within the customer base
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in a similar role selling high-technology products to mid-large enterprise customers
  • Experience in selling SaaS software solutions
  • Ability to provide accurate forecasting and regular use of Salesforce.com
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver value propositions, identify and influence key decision-makers, and succeed in a quota-driven sales environment at an enterprise level
What We Offer

CrowdStrike offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
