Strategic Growth Manager for E-commerce Innovation

">As a key member of the Group Growth & Strategy team, you'll drive e-commerce innovation and direct-to-consumer strategy at Asahi Beverages. You will lead our loyalty ecommerce platform, shaping the go-to-market strategy, and identifying new ways to engage with consumers. Leveraging consumer insights, you'll create a value-rich experience that fosters brand loyalty, elevates engagement, and positions Asahi as a leader in meaningful consumer connections and sales growth.
">This role includes end-to-end commercial, financial, and operational accountability for the ecommerce platform, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance our product offering, optimize pricing strategies, and elevate the platform's design and user experience. With the freedom to think like a start-up within a big enterprise, you'll lead the charge on transforming Asahi's consumer engagement.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute direct-to-consumer strategies to build a large online community">
- Define innovative engagement strategies focusing on value-driven offerings and pricing tactics that encourage enhanced sales and increased engagement">
- Lead day-to-day platform operations, overseeing pricing, promotions, sales, and consumer offerings while ensuring stability in site infrastructure and an intuitive user experience">
- Spearhead a digital refresh of the ecommerce platform, including UX/UI design, working closely with external vendors and other partners to create a visually compelling, user-friendly site">
- Rethink pricing and profitability strategies aligning with Asahi's goals to unlock sustainable growth of the business while maintaining profitability">
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop strategies and promotional content that resonate with our consumer base">
- Lead a small team, providing mentorship and fostering personal development, and manage cross-functional relationships across the business">
