About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth from our Tier 1 clients within the APAC region. This role involves working closely with the APAC Head of Growth to formulate and execute sales strategies, owning key client relationships in the Tier 1 space for our workforce management and field service solutions.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing a sales pipeline
  • Collaborating with clients to create high-quality opportunities
  • Closing business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives
  • Building strong and effective relationships resulting in growth opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting
  • Working closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying Mid-Market or Enterprise SaaS sales role
  • A proven ability to drive revenue growth and overachieve targets using a sales methodology
  • Strong mid-market and enterprise technical sales experience with the ability to articulate business value
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings and deliver high-quality presentations
  • The ability to thrive in competitive, numbers-driven performance-based environments
  • Experience in ERP, Payroll or Workforce Management software is advantageous
