Account Growth and Development Manager

Are you a skilled sales professional looking to drive revenue growth and expansion in the APAC region? We're seeking an experienced Account Growth and Development Manager to join our team at WorkWave.

As an Account Growth and Development Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth from our Tier 1 clients within the APAC region. You will work closely with our APAC Head of Growth to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth from Tier 1 clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
  • Provide coaching and training to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying Mid-Market or Enterprise SaaS sales role
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and over-achieve targets
  • Strong technical sales experience with the ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, numbers-driven environment
