About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Victoria. As a key member of our commercial business, you will be responsible for developing and growing our presence in the Education segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position our business as the IT brand and vendor of choice in the Victoria Education segment.
  • Foster strategic relationships with targeted accounts and maximise business penetration in existing accounts.
  • Conduct market analysis of the Education segment and develop the appropriate sales strategy.
  • Achieve agreed Education sales targets.
Requirements
  • Previous experience/knowledge of the Education sector.
  • Experience as a sales professional in the IT industry, preferably PC/hardware sales.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
What We Offer
  • $120,000-$130,000 per annum + Super + Car Allowance + Commission + KPI Bonus.
  • This role is 100% remote, with the expectation to visit clients virtually or in person.
