We partner with a highly successful software solution and technology company, specialising in improving patient health outcomes, managing data systems, and supporting enterprise clients delivering IT projects and services with strong communication and collaboration practices.
The company is seeking an Enterprise Sales Growth Manager to play a key role in growing their client portfolio across QLD & NT.
Role Overview:
- Meet sales targets within the assigned state or region.
- Identify and generate new leads through effective prospecting methods, progressing them through the sales pipeline.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery to closing deals, ensuring consistent follow-up with prospects and customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and certified advisors to drive retention and growth.
- Deliver engaging onsite or virtual demonstrations that clearly articulate the value of product offerings.
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans for the designated state or region in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales methodologies to address customer needs and effectively handle objections.
Salary & Benefits:
A competitive salary of $140k plus superannuation, bonus structure, birthday leave, flexible working arrangement (3 days from home), career progression opportunities, and various employee benefits.
About You:
- 3+ years' experience in selling solution software to SME and mid-market clients.
- Desirable experience in the medical industry, but not essential.
- Strong enthusiasm, energy, and drive to succeed in sales.
- Effective stakeholder management and exceptional presentation and communication skills.

- Hit and exceed sales targets within SME accounts.
- Effective pipeline management in line with your budget and overall business goals.
- Pitch, present, and sell business solutions to potential clients.
