Enterprise Client Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our team and drive growth in our existing portfolio of multinational clients.
This is an opportunity to leverage your sales and client management expertise to strengthen relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional results.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients with the goal of renewing and growing current contracts
- Conduct regular client meetings to develop key account plans and build strong relationships
- Lead contract renewal processes and support proposals for new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to provide tailored solutions to clients
- Actively engage with colleagues across various lines of business to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Provide high levels of service and achieve strong customer satisfaction among your client base
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, account management, or sales
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to negotiate and influence
- Experience working in team environments and collaborating with others
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- A client-centric mindset and passion for delivering exceptional results
We offer a competitive salary range of AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career growth.
