Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and drive sales growth for MRI Software. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic sales professional who can create advocates in the marketplace for our brand, reduce attrition rates, and identify whitespace revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and face-to-face interaction.
- Act as a solutions expert, helping customers overcome unique business challenges and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to share knowledge, ideas, and new business development strategies.
- Drive and manage the sales process, targeting whitespace opportunities, identifying client solutions, and building customer relationships.
- Facilitate the sales administration process in our CRM system.
- Design account strategies and work with sales leadership to achieve short- and long-term sales goals.
- Conduct outbound call campaigns to drive individual initiatives and exceed assigned annual sales/retention quotas.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of account management experience in the software industry or similar.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is essential.
- Experience with MRI CRM Software or similar real estate SaaS solutions.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated track record of adding value through client relationships and increasing revenue over time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with sales CRM software (Salesforce and Hubspot) is essential.
