Salary & Benefits

A competitive salary package of $95K - $115K (Incl. Super) based on experience, with the opportunity to grow and take on increasing responsibilities. The role also offers an east of CBD location with on-site parking, a collaborative team environment, and flexibility as needed.

Job Description

In this role, you'll ensure the office operates efficiently, managing everything from meeting schedules and team celebrations to executive assistance and event planning. Your tasks will include:

  • Coordinating team lunches, events, and maintaining the kitchen and pantry stock
  • Managing diaries, organizing meetings, and supporting onboarding processes
  • Tracking office inventory, coordinating with consultants, and assisting in office relocation planning
  • Coordinating functions, quarterly events, and corporate hospitality, including the MCG corporate box
Requirements

We're looking for someone with 3-5+ years' experience in a similar role, possessing strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and familiarity with Melbourne's corporate hospitality scene. Flexibility for occasional event-related hours is required, and you should be social, love bringing people together in the office, and enjoy a varied ad-hoc role.
