About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our Managing Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious organisation and enhance your skills, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential and high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing their calendar and schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments, and drafting documents.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, managing communications and prioritising urgent matters.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation, and overseeing visa applications.
  • Manage expense reporting and reconciliation for the Managing Director.
  • Assist with preparing for meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Coordinator in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly Desired: Bilingual fluency in Mandarin.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
