At people2people, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Rostering Coordinator to join our team in South Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to our clients in the State Government Department.

We are offering a competitive hourly rate for this 3-month assignment, commencing immediately. If you have significant experience in roster administration and possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional administrative support to our team, undertaking general administrative duties, and assisting with rosters administrative tasks. A valid police check or ability to obtain a national police check is essential, along with being triple vaccinated or willing to receive the third vaccine.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a roster environment, working closely with our clients in the State Government Department. You will have the chance to develop your skills in Microsoft Office applications and contribute to the success of our team.
