Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Operations Manager to join our team at MJD Recruitment. This is a temporary position requiring full-time office presence, Monday to Friday.

About the Role
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day office operations, manage supplies, and oversee security.
  • Support Managing Directors with diary and email management.
  • Take administrative tasks off Executives to focus on business growth.
  • Create a welcoming reception experience and handle communication promptly.
  • Manage meetings, maintain well-equipped boardrooms, and ensure a clean office environment.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and events.
  • Track expenses, manage invoicing, and oversee IT infrastructure upgrades.
About You
  • Proven experience in an Office Management/Personal Assistant role or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A friendly team-oriented individual who is the glue of the office.
  • Knowledge of IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
Requirements

This role requires an estimated $40 per hour salary plus superannuation benefits.
