Purpose of the Role

We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Executive Coordinator to support our Chief People Officer in managing interactions with our board and senior executives.

This role is critical in providing strategic support, enabling timely diary management, and executive assistance. You will work closely with the Executive to delegate tasks, appointments, and meetings to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the Executive's diary, including scheduling and email coordination
  • Prepare high-quality presentations for Executive, Senior Leader, and P&C audiences
  • Coordinate meeting preparation, agendas, and distribution
  • Manage technology and administration items on behalf of the Executive
  • Support the coordination of P&C meetings and events as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Executive Assistant operating at a senior level, supporting C-suite leaders. You should have advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

You will enjoy making a positive impact in a progressive industry, bringing your solution-focused mindset to suggest solutions and resolve complex issues.
