Job Title: Executive Administrative Coordinator

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and organised administrative professional to join our team. As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the collection of reports, submissions, and documentation from agents.
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials, including reports and presentations.
  • Update our company database with accurate information and upload listings to our website as required.
  • Manage online listings on both our website and third-party platforms.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings as necessary.
  • Reconcile and action invoices and expenses.
Requirements:
  • Recent experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with InDesign is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Benefits:
