In addition, they will utilize their strong organizational skills to manage and update procurement records, inventory data, and supplier information.
This role requires collaboration with team members to prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams.
The Executive Support Specialist will also assist in managing communications with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments, as well as coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and maintain effective communication within the department.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams) is essential.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with procurement and supply processes is a bonus.
$45,000 - $60,000 per year
