About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory and Account Manager to be based in Sydney and drive sales growth for our client, a global leader in audiology devices. The successful candidate will manage and grow South Sydney/NNSW territories, establish relationships with independent businesses, develop sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow South Sydney/NNSW territories to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Establish strong relationships with independent businesses within the Audiology space to drive partnerships and expand market share.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach independents and increase sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide aftersales service and support, tailor solutions, and meet client needs.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in healthcare sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals, pharmacy, optical, or medical devices or consumables.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales across technical (and clinical) product portfolios.
  • Motivated self-starter with a 'hunter' mindset, passion for achieving sales goals, and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated history of strong territory management ability.
