Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Legal team as a Senior Medical Device Compliance Expert. As a key member, you will play a central role in shaping our legal landscape by providing expert guidance on critical initiatives, commercial transactions, and contracts.

Your Role

You will collaborate closely with driven attorneys and business partners across various offices to ensure compliance and successful execution of projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in advising on tenders, business development, sales, distribution, operations, reimbursement, and market access. You will also provide ongoing legal advice on regulations and guidelines related to medical device distribution, sales, marketing, privacy, and clinical research.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A law degree and 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare compliance laws in ANZ.
  • Validated understanding of medical device advertising laws and experience with promotional materials throughout the APAC region.
  • Ability to lead outside counsel relationships and draft complex agreements.
  • Proficiency in handling a high volume of diverse projects efficiently.
  • Outstanding decision-making and communication skills, both written and oral.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $120,000-$150,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
