About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Marketing Manager to lead our Victorian marketing function and drive business growth for James Frizelle's Automotive Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to deliver business results and drive customer engagement.
  • Oversee the brand team in executing marketing initiatives and activities, including retail-focused ATL & BTL campaigns, media planning, and dealership activations.
  • Provide key input into media planning and scheduling to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Lead the planning and execution of quarterly media plans for each franchised operation to deliver on market growth requirements.
  • Ensure team KPIs are met, and team members receive the appropriate training and support.
  • Use insights and analysis to anticipate emerging consumer trends and innovate to provide profitable growth opportunities for the business.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across multiple channels with varied requirements.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification paired with demonstrated experience in retail marketing and team leadership.
  • Expertise in the intricacies of multi-franchise retail brand management, e-commerce, and the broader digital landscape.
  • Superior commercial acumen and a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Service-orientated with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in strategic collaboration.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder experience and a willingness to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • A current drivers licence and your own vehicle.
