About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Finance & Insurance Business Manager to drive sales growth and contribute to the success of our Penfold Pre-Owned team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve set sales targets by managing all F&I sales and transactions
  • Drive the performance of all finance & insurance products available through our Financial Services and other Finance Partners
  • Identify new opportunities through customer prospecting and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain relationships with Finance agents and insurers
  • Provide exceptional customer experience
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience as a Business Manager in a fast-paced retail automotive environment
  • Strong teamwork skills and natural sales ability to help customers achieve their vehicle ownership and protection goals
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales process within a dealership environment
  • Essential experience in a similar business management role, preferably in an automotive, truck, or motorcycle dealership
