About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our Victorian marketing function at Penfold Motor Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the brand team in executing marketing initiatives and activities, including:

  • Developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to deliver business results
  • Providing key input into media planning and scheduling
  • Managing dealership activations and partnerships/sponsorships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead the planning and execution of quarterly media plans for each franchised operation
  • Ensure team KPIs are met and team members receive the appropriate training and support
  • Use insights and analysis to anticipate emerging consumer trends and innovate to provide profitable growth opportunities for the business
  • Provide a willingness to work with multiple stakeholders across multiple channels with varied requirements

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification paired with demonstrated experience in retail marketing and team leadership
  • Expertise in the intricacies of multi-franchise retail brand management, e-commerce, and the broader digital landscape
  • Superior commercial acumen
  • Service-orientated with exceptional leadership skills
  • Demonstrated stakeholder experience and a proven track record in strategic collaboration to deliver commercial outcomes
  • A current driver's license and own vehicle
