About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our Penfold Pre-Owned team. In this crucial role, you will drive sales growth and play a key part in our team's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve set sales targets, including managing all F&I sales and transactions
  • Drive the performance of all finance & insurance products available through our Financial Services and other Finance Partners
  • Identify new opportunities through customer prospecting
  • Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain relationships with Finance agents and insurers
  • Provide exceptional customer experience

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience as a Business Manager in a fast-paced retail automotive environment
  • Strong teamwork skills and a natural sales ability to help customers achieve their vehicle ownership and protection goals
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales process within a dealership environment
  • Essential experience in a similar business management role, preferably in an automotive, truck, or motorcycle dealership
