We are a leading Catholic secondary school in Canberra, operating across two campuses. Years 7 to 9 are based on the Padua Campus (Wanniassa) and Years 10 to 12 are based on the St Peter's Campus (Isabella Plains). As part of the Catholic Education, Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn (CECG), we operate Catholic Systemic Schools and nine Early Learning Centres across ACT and NSW.

**About the Role**
We seek a highly skilled Religious Education Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading RE on either the Padua Campus (Years 7 to 9) or the St Peter's Campus (Years 10 to 12). The role involves educational and spiritual leadership, developing a Christ-centred faith community, and ensuring Catholic perspectives are embedded across all subject areas.
This is a senior leadership position requiring a practicing Catholic who is committed to the Catholic faith and the spiritual wellbeing and growth of all.

Be a practicing CatholicProvide a reference from a current Parish PriestTQI registration and Working with Vulnerable People Card (for positions in the ACT)NESA registration and NSW Working with Children Check (for positions in NSW)Must be a qualified Teacher with a minimum of five years' experienceMust have completed, be due to complete, or a willingness to complete Accreditation D and E according to the Accreditation to work, teach, and lead in a Catholic School Policy**Selection Criteria**
Experience in leading and building staff capacity in Religious Education curriculaExperience in leading change and demonstrating contemporary pedagogy focusing on improving student outcomes in Religious Education, including implementing High Impact Teaching PracticesExperience in evaluating, analyzing, and using data to inform learning and engage in future strategic planning in Religious EducationDemonstrates effective communication with various stakeholders to build relationshipsExperience in working closely with priests and the parish community to foster strong relationships with all parish agencies**Salary Range**: AU$85,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
