We're looking for a talented sales professional to join our team and help us drive growth in the aerospace and defense industries.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for nominated industries, preparing and maintaining territory plans, and owning the end-to-end sales process.

This includes demand generation, understanding customer needs, agreeing a mutual evaluation process, and winning business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, with experience in enterprise software sales and a strong understanding of the aerospace and defense industries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for nominated industries
  • Prepare and maintain territory plans
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, including demand generation and winning business
  • Liaise with sales leadership and global teams to build a strong internal network and collaboration
  • Manage and maintain complete CRM hygiene

Qualifications

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of success
  • A strong understanding of the aerospace and defense industries
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take calculated risks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A willingness to work in a matrix-rich organization and build relationships to achieve goals
