Aerospace Sales Professional

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, exceling at creating and closing new opportunities in a dynamic sales environment. By leveraging a consultative approach to value-based selling, this individual will utilize their industry knowledge and enterprise software sales expertise to identify and qualify deals, driving sales opportunities.
This role is positioned within a high-growth market unit, where the organization is undergoing transformational growth through organic and inorganic means. We are an ever-evolving business, challenging and disrupting industry standards in the global enterprise software space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a Go-To-Market Strategy for nominated industries
- Prepare and maintain a Territory Plan for agreed verticals
- Prepare Account Plans and action cards for named accounts
- Own the end-to-end sales process, including demand generation, understanding customer needs, and winning business
- 100% Sales Account Executive responsibility for owning annual sales targets and delivering quarterly budgets
- Liaise with Sales leadership and Global teams to build a strong internal network and collaboration
- Manage and maintain complete CRM hygiene, sales cadence, administration, and reporting for accurate forecasting
Qualifications:
- Proven enterprise software sales quota-carrying sales cycle delivery across the Australian market within the Aerospace and Defense industries
- Entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity
- Resilience and a track record of consistently meeting and over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness and appreciation of the sales process, including cadence, forecasting, and accurate reporting
- Comfort working within a matrix-rich organization, building relationships, and finding support to get the job done
