Job Description

The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial in nature, excelling at creating and closing new opportunities in a high-growth market unit. Using a consultative approach to value-based selling, they will identify and qualify deals, leading to sales opportunities.

This role is positioned within a transformational growth organization, challenging industry standards and disrupting the global enterprise software space. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a Go-To-Market Strategy for nominated industries
  • Maintaining a Territory Plan for agreed verticals
  • Preparing Account Plans and action cards for named accounts
  • Owning the end-to-end sales process, including demand generation, customer needs understanding, and winning business
  • Managing and maintaining CRM hygiene, sales cadence, administration, and reporting

Requirements

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Enterprise software sales experience in the Australian market, particularly in the Aerospace and Defense industries
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and resilience
  • A track record of consistently meeting and over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working within a matrix-rich organization, building relationships, and finding support
