We're looking for a skilled Aerospace Enterprise Software Sales Specialist to join our team. As a sales executive, you'll be responsible for creating and closing new opportunities in a high-growth market unit.

The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach to value-based selling, using industry knowledge and enterprise software sales expertise to identify and qualify deals.

The role requires a strong understanding of the aerospace industry, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You'll also need to be able to work within a matrix-rich organisation, building relationships and finding support to achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and execute a Go-To-Market Strategy for nominated aerospace industries
  • Maintain a Territory Plan for agreed verticals, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Prepare Account Plans and action cards for named aerospace accounts
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, including demand generation, customer needs understanding, and RFI/RFP processes
  • Meet 100% sales targets and deliver on quarterly budgets, utilising resources within a matrix organisation
  • Liaise with Sales leadership and Global teams to build a strong internal network and collaboration
  • Ensure complete CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
