Administrative Support Professional

NextSense is seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Blackburn. This temporary part-time role involves working 22.8 hours per week for 12 months, reporting directly to the Client Services Network Lead.
About the RoleAs a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our Deaf and Hard of Hearing clients. Your genuine care and attention to detail will shine through as you prioritise their wellbeing and support our clinical staff in Victoria.
This dynamic role promises to be a fast-paced adventure, where you'll follow established processes to ensure timely and accurate appointment bookings and client administration tasks. You'll work closely with our clinical staff, supporting their success through organised and efficient service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- Solutions-focused approach with a proactive 'can-do' attitude
- Highly proficient in general Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience providing administrative support and following established procedures and guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work with sensitivity, maintaining confidentiality and privacy when handling client information
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate multiple competing priorities
- Ability to balance working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
We're looking for someone who can create individualised service agreements for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funded clients, liaise with clients, visitors and external partners, and provide general administrative support to other NextSense services as required.
You'll have a strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) framework and be able to work effectively with our electronic client management system. Experience using a client management system/platform is desirable but not essential.
What We Can OfferWe offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus extensive personal/carer's leave support and other benefits. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients, we'd love to hear from you
