About the Role:

The Salvation Army is seeking a skilled Administrative Officer to provide support to our National Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating documents and tasks to deliver projects to completion.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the National Project Manager, including data management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist with the coordination of projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project objectives and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

About You:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have experience in property management and strong analytical skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
