About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator, to provide strategic support and assistance to our Trustees in Victoria, Australia.

Purpose of the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a full range of administrative support, including preparing documentation, drafting resolutions, and coordinating meetings. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and develop various documents, including meeting agendas and minutes
  • Draft resolutions and other supporting documents for Trustee meetings
  • Provide administrative support to Trustees, ensuring effective management of their office, schedule, and workload
  • Organize travel arrangements and manage expenses
  • Coordinate access to government portals and ensure sound document control
Requirements:
  • A National Criminal History Check is required
  • Working with children's check
