We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team at The Salvation Army's headquarters in Blackburn, VIC. This is a permanent full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Secretary to the Property Trusts and Trustees. This includes preparing and developing documentation, drafting meeting agendas and minutes, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also provide administrative support to Trustees in relation to Integrity Checks and coordinate effective administration of access to government portals.

You will have experience in analysis and recommendation of new systems and processes, as well as leadership, influencing, and relationship management skills. A National Criminal History Check and Working with Children's Check are required for this role.

In return for your expertise, we offer a salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus flexible working conditions, health, fitness, and financial discounts, paid parental leave, purchase leave scheme, and more.
