About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service and Team Administration Officer to join our team at Community Housing Ltd. As a key member of our front-line service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for those in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Liaise with a diverse range of clients, including those with complex needs
- Undertake various administrative tasks, including data entry, document scanning, and project support
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture, working closely with colleagues to achieve our mission
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people in our community. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the social or community housing sector, is highly regarded.
