Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced WHS Administrator to join our team at Hitachi Construction Machinery. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering safety and quality reports at a national level, maintaining multiple critical information systems, and supporting the WHS and QA business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data entry in WHS and QA systems
  • Conduct data analysis to monitor, assess, and report on trends
  • Prepare and coordinate reporting requirements for the WHS and QA business unit
  • Deal with correspondence received by the WHS and QA group mailboxes
  • Collaborate with the wider branch network to prepare safety communications
  • Support Head Office QA meetings and WHS Executive meetings
  • Administer the Contractor Management System
  • Be the appointed contact for WHS and QA Management System provider

Requirements:

  • Experience in high-paced administrative roles
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage conflicting priorities
  • High-level knowledge and skills in using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Qualifications in quality and workplace health and safety advantageous
