This is a 12-month fixed-term position based in Rydalmere, NSW, offering hybrid work flexibility. The successful candidate will be key to ensuring seamless payroll operations and supporting employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate monthly payroll for employees in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Employee Queries: Address payroll-related questions and support staff with HR queries.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain employee records and files in the Oracle-based HRIS, ensuring compliance with all legal and company standards.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews and preparing employment contracts.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Administer new hire orientation and exit processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Communication Management: Manage the HR APAC inbox, responding to or directing all inquiries appropriately.
  • Reporting: Compile and deliver both internal and external HR reports as required.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Ensure the confidentiality of employee records and adhere to QMS and WHS policies.
  • General Administration: Perform any additional HR duties as assigned by the Director, Human Resources APAC.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in HR and Payroll administration.
  • Proficiency in managing HRIS and payroll systems, with strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail in managing and documenting employee data.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a high workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education and Qualifications:

Preferably holding or working toward a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
