We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced couple to join our team as Relief Park Managers in the beautiful Moore Park Beach Holiday Park, QLD.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity allows you to work with a rapidly growing company specializing in the operation of tourism properties. As a Relief Park Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional visitor experiences while supporting local community engagement.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing all business operations and guest experiences
  • Being hands-on and possessing a positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Leading and supervising a small team

A strong support office and local management teams are available to provide assistance with WHS, holiday park legislation, IT, and HR, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Familiarity with NewBook computerized booking systems and good computer skills
  • Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
  • Well-developed communication, organization, administration, and management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Availability to work across a seven-day roster, including public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings
  • Personal motorhome or camper supporting onsite stay
