Whs & Rtw Administrator - Nex Building Group

The WHS & RTW Administrator reports to the National WHS Manager and is part of the WHS Team. The key focus of this role is to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the NEX WHS Team nationally. More specifically, you will:
- Support administrative processes related to Injury Management and Return to Work, liaising effectively with the HRBP’s and Line Managers
- Coordinate staff training and health & wellbeing programs
- Assist with the administration of office safety requirements such as first aid supplies, test and tag, emergency management and the like
- Monitor, update and maintain accuracy of WHS databases, registers, and all other relevant parts of the WHSMS as required
- Support the WHS Team in gathering information for initiatives, projects or other ad hoc duties as required
- Provide meeting support including preparing agendas, presentations, reports, taking minutes, and coordinating meeting and conference logistics with both internal and external stakeholders
- Assist the WHS Compliance Team with vendor management tasks as required

- Previous experience in an administrative support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- A high attention to detail
- Previous knowledge in WHS administration and completion of Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator course will be highly regarded
- Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and individually
