**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the branch manager and regional manager, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
- Branch Operations: Assist in managing branch operations, including inventory management, stock control, and supply chain coordination.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and KPIs to track branch performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or equipment hire industry.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as WHS or First Aid (desired).

Pay: $46,385.06 - $100,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:
