Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow sales revenue and expand our customer base;
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS TO IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES;
  • Conduct regular customer visits to discuss their needs and provide technical support;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth;

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need;
  • A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Science or related field;
  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally within the plasterboard, paper, packaging, or related industries;
  • Strong technical understanding of plasterboard, paper, packaging, or related products and proven commercial acumen;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and SAP;
