About the Role

NHP is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing NHP's market share throughout Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing key customer partners
  • Understanding customer business needs and how NHP can help drive their success
  • Developing and implementing customer account strategies using available marketing programs
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to promote the NHP Value Proposition
Requirements
  • Previous experience calling on Electrical Contractors or dealing with Electrical Contractors in some way
  • Ability to listen to customers and translate their needs into business solutions
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
