About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for presenting our products and services to customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present our products and services to customers through face-to-face sales presentations and other marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with our sales manager to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
Requirements
  • A bubbly and energetic personality with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ambition with the ability to self-motivate and meet sales targets.
  • The desire to develop sales skills while working in a fun and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the sales, retail, or customer service industry (preferred but not required).
