Business Development Representative

Located in our Melbourne office, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join the Marsh Advantage Insurance Pty Ltd team.
About This OpportunityThis hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office and involves managing a fleet-centric portfolio of clients.
We estimate the salary for this position to be between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to strategically plan and execute client-related activities, providing valuable insights and support.
- Respond promptly to new business inquiries, preparing proposals and presentations to secure new clients.
- Assist in the renewal process, ensuring timely collection of premiums and managing any outstanding debts.
- Conduct regular audits to meet governance controls.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking Qualified or Diploma of Insurance Broking is required.
- At least 2 years of insurance broking experience is necessary.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
