About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Head of Schools Australia. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Melbourne office.

As Head of Schools Australia, you will be responsible for growing our community of schools around Australia. You will lead a team of five talented, experienced educators and sales team members, and work closely with the science education leadership team to build community around Australia.

This is a sales leadership role, but it's a sales leadership role like no other. It's fun, light, and centered around a genuine mission to better science education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our Schools team to achieve amazing results
  • Develop plans to ensure all diocese and school leadership around the country know who Stile are and how we can help them
  • Establish and maintain relationships at the diocese and school leadership levels
  • Work with the science education leadership team to build community around Australia
  • Continuing to hone your own skills and knowledge
Requirements

We are looking for a driver and self-starter who is both likeable and empathetic. You should be a strong communicator who can build positive relationships and really put yourself in someone else's shoes, understand their problems, and work to help fix them.

You should be eager to learn, soak up feedback, incorporate it, and be constantly driven to be better. You should be a proactive, strategic hard worker who gets stuff done, motivated to work independently but love contributing in a team environment.

You should have experience in leading teams to achieve amazing results, be knowledgeable about science education, and be across the latest trends in education technology and pedagogy.
