About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants in South Morang, Reservoir, Epping, and surrounding areas. This is a full-time or part-time position (4 days per week).
Your EverydayAs a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Everyday Independence, you will work in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres. You will utilize assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individualized therapy sessions to NDIS participants
- Developing and implementing personalized behaviour support plans
- Collaborating with participants, families, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes
