We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to coordinate multiple and complex projects addressing the conditions of the 2022 Australian Medical Council (AMC) accreditation assessment of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP).
Key Responsibilities- Develop project plans, progress reports, and activities to meet the AMC accreditation conditions.
- Provide high-level project management and support to the Manager, Working Groups, and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate activities to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander members and perspectives.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with staff and external agencies.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and engaging with stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct stakeholder consultations and develop well-researched proposals.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and project management experience in an educational or medical environment.
- Knowledge of the Australian and/or New Zealand health system and accreditation requirements.
- Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand.
- A dynamic and values-driven organization shaping the future of psychiatry and mental health.
- A central CBD location and hybrid work options.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000-$100,000 inclusive of Super and Leave Loading.
